Apricot-topped Curry Burger with Roasted Potatoes and Green Peas

I cannot rave about the burger (which was meant to be a meatloaf and actually sort of has the texture of one) enough. But I have to go to work, so I can't actually rave about it right now. But so so so good.

I'll post a bit more about it, and a recipe, tomorrow. Because it's that good and if anyone ever tries anything I've put up here, I hope they'd try that.
